Pricing
New Lights & Installation:
- Single-story homes: $550*
- Two-story homes: $900*
Repeat Customers:
- Single-story homes: $300*
- Two-story homes: $450*
New Customers: An additional $100 will be added for first-time installations.
Note:
Pricing covers only the roofline. Other decorations (such as wreaths) are priced on a case-by-case basis.

Customer-Supplied Lights
Have your own lights? Not a problem, we can install and remove your lights for you.
Free estimate with pictures of your lights and materials you have.
Please note that because we did not provide the lights that there will be added costs for repairs, burn out lights, etc. We will not warranty lights that go out during the season. Basically the things that we have no control over. I hope you understand.
Service fee for non warranty items will be a minimum of 50$.
